填appraisal

三月係公司財政年度最後一個月，又係做appraisal既時候。雖然0係呢間公司、或者話0係呢個環境，個appraisal影響都唔係好大，做到滿分又唔係話升職加薪。不過話說回頭，三月尾始終係出bonus既時候，呢份野點寫得唔好話唔定會差一個月bonus~

今年份野要為去年每項工作作自我評分，同埋寫來年既task, duty and expectation......個自我評分都唔知點寫，well，我係cocky，但真係每項都寫excellent咩? "I have taken care of the customers perfectly", "significant improvement of technical knowledge is seen", "successfully achieved"，見到都毛管棟~
